✿ Who: Ishikawa Goemon (XIII) from the LUPIN III series. Specifically, RED-JACKET SUBS-flavoured, because there are many takes on Goemon and some contradict each other.
Age never specified, but somewhere in his 30s. A tall, rangy fellow whom a gentle breeze surprisingly cannot tip over. His sword can cut anything from bullets to lightning to tanks without sustaining damage, and though he's very capable of killing, he has strayed from his roots as an assassin and doesn't default to fatal blows on his enemies. Deceptively strong, whether he's cleaving rock with a well-aimed chop or smacking boat engines to get them to work again, as one does. Weak to women - too trusting of any who only seems kind - and shit with money. His code and sense of honour can and absolutely do work against him.
As Superintendent Chalmers once said, "the rod up that man's butt must have a rod up its butt."
What: A samurinjathief. He wears many figurative hats.
When: Very much modern day. He's a walking anachronism.
Where: Bakerstreet memes, these days.
Other: Heavily RED-JACKET flavoured, as stated above, with a focus on his personality as presented in subtitled dialogue.
He has a sex drive, but is immensely repressed and doesn't really know how to handle situations when a woman comes onto him with grace, so he stubbornly funnels all his energy into his training instead. Self-discipline and all that. Not that it'll spare him from blushing like a schoolboy. Touch his knee and he'll probably remember it for the next twenty years. ✿
